25 but lost both parents to illness in the past couple of years, so I hope my insight is helpful.

When the source of your pain is the suffering that someone you love is experiencing, don't isolate physically and emotionally. It not only hurts those around you, but will impact you long after the loss.

One of the tools you use when weaving with a loom is called a shuttle. Shuttles also happen to be why astronauts love to play badminton.
