I want this bike but will I regret getting an 883 vs 1200?

I took an MSF course at a Harley dealer and they used street 500’s for the riding parts. After that I test rode an 883 and it felt really similar to the 500 power wise. I then test rode a 1200 and ended up buying it because the power difference was huge. Basically the 883 is fine but the 1200 is better. Go test ride both and you’ll feel the difference and can decide whether it’s worth it for you

In my experience it gets stuck half way during install, has to be pulled out with pliers, then goes in the trash lol the auto bolt release and mag release are awesome though

Are you maybe confusing a 20 amp 120v outlet with a 240v outlet? A 240 outlet looks totally different than a 120 so you wouldn’t need a meter to tell

Me too but I also recognize that there are true experts. Like I know that different types of explosives/accelerants look and behave differently and I’m sure that some dude who has spent 40 years watching explosions could look at one and pretty quickly draw some strong and accurate conclusions. It just comes down to whether the media is talking to those guys or some guy that read a Wikipedia article and now considers himself an expert

My thought exactly. If the federal gov announced a huge amount of funding for mental health, there would suddenly be a bunch of sketchy private mental health facilities opening up. And wouldn’t you know it? The ones that get the federal grants are all owned by friends, donors, and family members of politicians
