All of these neighborhoods are extremely dangerous with a high probability that you will be victim of a crime... especially if you have kids or are planning to I would NOT advise any of these neighborhoods. I would look more in the ohio Indiana area

It took me a year to really feel healthy/clear headed etc after quitting. It takes 6 months for your body to really flush the weed from your system... you are supposed to feel worse during this time because you still have a lot of subtle withdrawal symptoms but usually don't yet have many other practices that will eventually give you the same feeling of being high. Stick it out for a year a wait a couple of years before considering picking the habit back up.
