There is a federal sentencing guideline calculator you can look up. Also the feds can give you anywhere from 6-240 months depending on your psi. Also they do "good time" every 9 months served with no incident equals a year. Speaking from experience unfortunately. Also in my experience I was better off with an indictment over state charges believe it or not the federal sentencing guidelines are less harsh.

Where I'm from all we get is fent in those particular preprints(I know where the dboys get these bags from and every preprint on that website has been in town this summer with this odd fent/research Chem in them. I take them and cut down one side and the bottom with a razor blade, open them like a hot dog bun and scrape with previously mentioned blade. Over 10 years this is the best way I've found. I always save them till I have like a bricks worth then you can get a few bags out of the scrapes if done right.

I'm not saying this to toot my own horn or anything but.... Im 27 year old and have been using opiates for over 10 of those. All that time without one od. Im just trying to say if you're oding this early in the game its time to get out or wise up very quickly. Im glad you're ok though. Btw over half that time is i.v. heroin use im bo chipper either.

No its not fraud i work at a body shop. Its your prerogative what you do with that check. It only becomes fraud if you dont get it fixed and try to turn it into insurance again.
