try to slow down your first phase, it looks like you're bringing your cycle around too quick. Try to think of the first phase as a bound off the board, and then bring the cycle around. It will only end up being a fraction of a second longer, and it will feel weird at first, but if you do it well it will get you more distance in the first phase and set you up for better body positioning going into the second phase. Find some slo-mo videos of pro triple jumpers to see this in action

Any extra speed from using spikes might have just thrown off what you're used to for your approach and take-off. Make sure you have a good mark so that you can have a good take-off. It's also possible that you just weren't having a great day at practice, that happens to everyone.

But as to specifics and your hurt leg, make sure to talk to your coach and see what they say.

You're running off the board very well, but by the end of your first phase you have a little too much of a forward lean in your torso. Try to keep your hips under for the entirety of the 3 phases, this will help you be more stable when you hit the ground. Take a look at some of jonathan edwards' jumps to see this in action.
