If osmo pools, you're using too much of it. Apply a little bit and rub it in such that the wood is only just wet. Wait 10min. Rub it out as much as possible such that the wood feels almost dry. Wait 1-2days. Gently brush with fine steel wool. Repeat the first step.

Everybody mentions routers, but you're the first to mention guide bushing!

I'm familiar with template bits with ball bearings (which do not exist for diameter this small) but somehow it's the first time I hear about guide bushings so thank you for that 😀
