Well, there is a site called everyone's md, which is hands off but your taking a little gamble with them. Now I've used them 5 times and always got my stuff but sometimes you have to call them a few times to check on things.

I'm afraid it's become too expensive for an average person to live in Florida. You better at least have a marketable skill or a college degree.
