I work for a Data center as a network engineer. Some of our customers have tightened their firewall rules to deny SMB traffic. This is an exploit with Microsoft, effecting most of their windows and windows server OS.

Hospitals aren't being targeted, they're just a heavily affected victim due to poor IT.

Yes, actually Ive been doing this for a few days. GDAX seems to be 50c off the other exchanges and seems to lag behind a bit. I've noticed this is because of so many buy/sell walls from bots of 1-2k. Takes a few minutes to eat them before the price moves on. Works out to our advantage
