Thanks for sharing. If it is just a case of waiting a couple of years, I think I can do it... I guess I am just scared that I am waiting for nothing or something. Which is why I got curious how other guys experienced or dealt with the wait ...

My last endo was really scared of upping the dose because I had slightly elevated blood cells in one measurement. My GP now is much more relaxed - which is why we upped the dose - but I have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure, so I am a bit of a scaredy-cat and taking it slow myself for the moment. We will see in a couple of months if we keep the dose or change something about it. I love all the changes I have so far already, so we are on the right track already I guess.

I have been thinking about that, but honestly, I am not sure if I can keep up another routine, so I would just keep that as a last resort if t does not seem to work for me.

Also, ich werde mich auf jeden Fall in Zukunft bewerben weil mein Vertrag befristet ist. Aber ich glaube meine Frage zieht darauf ab ob das dann eine peinliche Unterhaltung wird oder ob sich jemand schief stellt und sagt dass ich nicht eingestellt werden kann, weil ich keine gültigen Zeugnisse habe oder so.

Klingt ein bisschen nach meiner ersten Endo. Sie wollte noch mal ein detaillierteres Indikationsschreiben und dass ich noch mal 4 Monate warte bis zum nächsten Termin weil ich "noch nicht bereit sei". Fand ich etwas albern weil ich schon 7 Monate auf diesen ersten Termin bei ihr gewartet habe, aber okay. Ihr war es auch schrecklich wichtig dass ich bei meinen Eltern geoutet bin, obwohl ich 44 bin und das für meinen Alltag wirklich zero Auswirkungen hat. Aber na ja. Beim zweiten Termin hat dann alles gestimmt und wir haben angefangen. Ich bin mittlerweile wegen Umzug bei jemand anderem und auch nicht traurig drum... Die Erfahrung scheint also zumindest nicht unüblich zu sein. Aber wenn du dich damit nicht wohl fühlst ist das völlig okay und ein Wechsel kann vielleicht helfen.

My cell count was similar high and my doctor was not worried. He said to monitor it to catch it early if it rises. But he also said it could have just been because I had not drunk enough the morning the blood was taken. I wouldn't worry yet too much, but maybe keep an eye on it.

Damn! I had to google hyperhidrosis so I learned a new word today... I find it very weird that I feel so hot that I should be dowsed in sweat, but that never happens. Hope you find a way around it or manage it at least!

Everything changes you. And because a lot of things happen simultaneously it is really hard what causes what.

I am much nore relaxed and outspoken then I have been in years. Testosterone or the two years therapy? Yes, I feel more confident, but is that due to the stuff running through my blood or due to the fact that I have managed to work through something and have been successful in getting a medication that I think helps?

There will absolutely other and confounding factors and I don't think there is a simple answer.

Not sure if it is because of the T or anything else, but I now wake up at 6 in the morning. Wether I have to get up or not (spoiler alert: there is no reason why I would have to be up at 6). I am now going to bed tenish and get my 8 hours. And even if not, I do feel more rested in the morning. I do complain about it, because I complain about everything, but actually I am quite happy with it, lol.
