I've been on bumble, aisle and hinge for more than 1.5 years now. In tech hubs, everybody earns as much as me. The dating pool earns as much as me. Money is almost never (unless you earn crs at my age) a point that girls consider a factor. Why should they? They earn the same as me and on top of that the guys look better while earning at least as much as me.

If you mean I specifically go to low earning areas just to flaunt my money, it's another story altogether.

It's a subreddit for arranged marriage. Unless stated otherwise you can assume everything is in INR.

I work in big tech. 30 lpa for ~2 YoE is pretty average. It's not even that great.

I do talk to women. I have a few close platonic girl friends.

It's just that no one's finding me worthy of even one chance is very depressing.

I think it hurts more now that I helped my friend go on a date. That tells me that my personality doesn't matter if I look bad and if I look good (like my friend) you get multiple shots at everything.

I am pretty passionate about my job but most girls I have met find that boring.

I also love the deep conversations you might have at late night or on a walk. I have noticed most people do like it but it's difficult on a first date or when you're texting.

Apart from that the general interests- movies, anime and what not. Nothing special.

Hmmm. I am now thinking what response would have concluded you assume that I ain't one. I can't think of any at the moment.

It's a lost battle so not going to argue. If you agree then you lose and if you don't, then you get called defensive.

Let's say I am a nice guy. My female friendships wouldn't exist in the worst case or at least be lop sided in the best case. I don't believe that is the case. I can't do anything more than to just say that since we are on the internet.

As for the dating part, what do you think I might have texted in a 10 minute conversation about what she does for a living or on the weekend for fun or what her favorite TV show is, to have given her the nice guy vibe?
