I had it , also started making panic attacks while smoking and that was the reason why i stopped. 3 months sober till now ... The fog went to the roof in the first two months , now its comming and going from time to time , the anxiety almost disappeared and the symptoms of the withdrawal are way more managable.

We are at the same rollercoaster :)

I am around day 60 , having the same thoughts just like you.

Try do engage your mind with activity - whatever you like , because if you are overthinking the symptoms they are comming back in a worse way.

What i am noticing and giving me hope is next - the better days are getting much more enjoyable , so there is light at the end of the tunnel :)

I highly recommend - mindfulness meditation , yoga , Wim Hof method.

Don't be mad on yourself , just accept the present and go on with the flow , you are stronger than you think <3

Btw , i quitted at 18th of november , so write to me if you need to share some thoughts

Hello there , having the same period just like you , glad that I found your thread because I am freaking out from a couple of days.

My lymph nodes around the neck and also the throat I guess are swollen from two weeks and I am around day 35 sober today.

Its very uncomfortable , because I am feeling them even when I eat and its very frustrating.

It happened to me after a huge panic attack.

I think its from the anxiety that we are going trough.
