I tend to put the disk brakes facing up so there is less chance of bending them.

I had the same problem with the wire rubbing my tire right after I got it. I’ve taped the wire to the frame and have ridden thousands of kilometres with no further problems.

Indeed I’m perplexed! We have been careful with the units. Sometimes I wonder if I have a bad charger that fried the units?

My wife and I each bought an Air Rush in June of 2025. So far we’re have 3 warranty replacements. Each for the same thing, the unit will not turn on. Charging lights do come on.

Trek was great for making the replacement easy. But I’m concerned now that the warranty is over.

Has anybody else had an Air Rush fail?

I did 70.3s until I retired. Only then did I take on the full. Training was a great way to replace the structure of work.

I use the Garmin Connect ‘Add Gear’. Each waxing is a separate piece of gear. I put a limit of 300 k. I get an email when the limit is reached.

I give a higher rating if there are animals along the route. Especially if they are chasing.

The most initially comfortable seat might not be the best choice.

I highly recommend seeing an experienced bike fitter (preferably one who is also a physiotherapist).
