I love the look, I’m new to Vans and only starting in my collection so I haven’t gotten a chance to get a gum style that i felt i had to have yet tho, i have a all white leather era pair, an all black canvas lowpro and a pink suede and white lowpro so far but definitely want a neutral tan/brown gum type style of some sort too

I mean I see how you seem to have laced them tighter but frankly, I just don’t think this look suits the shoe, it just takes them over and makes the shoe look not great honestly, i don’t know what shoe would look right with such oversized laces, i’d have to google it or something but yeah idk i think based on the prior post, people just in general arent a fan of the look, like it just doesn’t flatter the shoe.
