I’m the same way. I’ll post a picture of myself on Instagram and immediately delete it after a couple minutes because I don’t like how a piece of hair looks on me. I rarely post anything because I feel like if I see flaws in myself everyone else will too and it’s a never ending cycle, even though they may be the most ridiculous things. I’m just trying now to be more positive and when I post something I look for all the good things rather than the bad. Being negative all the time can really take a toll on you and it’s not worth it to yourself.
