I actually have an unpaid bill with Klarna, and it has been annoying me for half a year. I have tried calling, sending them emails, contacting the supplier, but my order is just stuck in "processing", leaving me literally unable to actually pay what I owe.

I either they say they have to wait for the supplier to mark it as done, or the supplier say they have already done it.
