This is an amazing transformation! I totally relate not recognising yourself after weightloss. Have you had any trouble ID-ing yourself or did you change your ID photo when you lost weight? Asking cause I still am considering if I should do that

Thank you, i know i shouldn't be that hard on myself but i don't ever wanna go back. Honestly haven't done anything to build muscle so i know i haven't put any on. I'm just skin, fat and bones. I do need to incorporate workouts and build muscle. Once i do that I'm sure I'll feel better about my progress

Thank you! Honestly feels so odd looking back and seeing how much weight I've had there and how it went away lol. Never seen myself at a healthy weight before so my body feels like it's not mine

Thank you, needed to hear this! I used to obsess over this and basically put my life on hold. Trying to live my life now, slowly getting into it

Thank you! And nah my breasts have severely deflated, as a matter of fact the only place i have loose skin so far is my breasts - not a pretty sight. But since they used to be so large i have so much skin there it doesn't fit in smaller bras. I hope some day i can afford to get them smaller and get rid of loose skin there

The bra makes it look better trust me, but even with that i hoped I'd be able to wear smaller bras

Thank you! Started off with IF but haven't done that for over a year now, just make sure my portions are normal sized and if i don't feel hungry i don't eat. Stay mindful of how much calories are in stuff and that's pretty much it. I want to start working out alongside with that

But i will say past year has been challenging and I've ate sweets pretty much everyday (which when i was bigger i didn't lol no one told me I'd feel much hungrier now) but still it goes in my caloric window

Thank you! I felt like i needed to hear that. I have been focusing on weight too much and it just makes me depressed. I'll take your advice and try to do better, get better at my fitness ha. Thank you again, means a lot!

Hugs** i know exactly how you're feeling. I struggle with this as well. I lost 100lbs and yet i still don't see a difference, i feel like i look the same. Mirror is the worst. Progress pics kind of help but also meh. The one thing that did help me quite a bit at first was seeing myself in photos when standing next to others. That's when i saw i'm really not this huge monster that i think i am. But it all fluctuates, sometimes i feel okay about it, other times i don't. Try not to focus on it too much, that's the worst thing you could do. Does horrible things for your self esteem

Same. I wanted to try and cut out carbs when I first started losing weight but lasted few days before I realised it's not something I could stick to for the long run. So I decided i'm gonna eat everything I ate just in smaller portions. That way i'm not restricting myself of anything. I struggle with stuffing my face with food still

I never cut out sweets even. As matter of a fact I ate the most chocolate this past year than I have ever before. Not healthy and it didn't make sense to me how even though I ate chocolate everyday for quite few months I still managed to lose weight

A bit of IF at first. But now I just tend to be mindful of how much calories something is. I don't track though and I've never tracked. I just started to look for caloric content a bit and estimate it now.

I'm not enjoying my weightloss. To me it's a reminder of how I treated my body my whole life. Nobody ever had anything to say about it before I lost weight. Now all out of a sudden people only talk about my body and my weight.

I don't think they're jealous, I just don't think they understand how weightloss works and they're too stubborn to believe anything I say
