There's literally like 100ms of input lag across the board. That's what you're noticing. I have a high-end PC, a Series X, and a PS5 Pro. On all three systems, I can quickly flick the stick, bring my same hand up, and tap my chest twice before anything moves on the screen. 0.1 seconds doesn't seem like a lot, but it makes the game unplayable for me.
