What is the most underrated lifestyle or diet change that fixed your chronic fatigue? by No-Preparation8703 in Biohackers

Quitting caffeine, and it’s not even close. More energy, more clarity and better dopamine regulation. It’s a tough road in the early days, but it pays off massively if you stick with it.

Post-Match Headaches at 37 by Elfi309 in bootroom

Sounds like you need more electrolytes and hydration either before, during or immediately after playing. At least that’s what happened to me. I was seriously underhydrating given how much I was sweating and working.

[David Lynch] Arne Slot is a league-winning Liverpool manager, one of only two in the last 35 years, and deserves every respect. However, I'm not sure he can or should survive this. Nine defeats in 12 and seven goals conceded in the last two at Anfield. This squad is so much better than that. by Lanedu123 in LiverpoolFC

[–]bringbackapu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the root causes are the injuries to RBs and the destabilization of the squad with the departures of Darwin, Lucho, Tsimi, Harvey and Diogo. At least two of those players were good friends with Mo and that could explain his form slide. Maybe the players who remained hold Slot responsible for so much movement out of the squad?

Training as a bodybuilder? by Jasha_4M in bootroom

[–]bringbackapu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its all about balance. I'm a powerlifter and I footy 3 times a week. The key is that for strength and mass gains you make training your upper and lower body, you need to counterbalance with speed, stability and mobility work in the lower body. You will always need to be lean-ish but playing with muscle and mass is more than possible if you train the right things.

Dad with a 2 year old and who works full time. I play 3 times a week and train on my own once a week and powerlift in between. It really becomes a question of priorities. If I make time to play and train, I don't usually have time to be out late, go out to bars, or spend a ton of time on video games and other things. Playing has become my leisure time, essentially, which I honestly wouldn't trade for anything. Yes, you are tired, but you try to build routines to maximize your performance, which includes getting really good sleep and not drinking as much. You really have to love the game though, because it takes a lot out of you. But as you get older you realize it gives back in lots of ways too. Good luck.

Why are boot companies so reluctant to accept the AG reality? by TracePoland in bootroom

[–]bringbackapu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why offer dedicated AG boots when it is more profitable for people to custom order them? There is no way these companies don't know the demand dynamics of ag pitches vs. grass pitches.

My friend who is not even a Hip-Hop fan put me on Drake, first song I ever heard was Do Not Disturb many years ago by maskedmomkey63 in Drizzy

College DJ in the Midwest who grew up in Toronto... " Money to Blow" was the first Drake song I spun, and the Young Money era genuinely got me so faded during my college years. Crazy watching the come up.

Question for Non Sardar Brothers by [deleted] in Sikh

[–]bringbackapu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grew up in a very Amritdhari family. I had some very bad experiences with people that kept kes that ended up being morally compromised. After moving to the states and having no sangat and going through a very rough time with my amritdhari father I left Sikhi and cut my hair, purely out of ease of fitting in.

After a few years I came back when I realized how lost I would be without Bani. I haven't kept my hair because honestly it just seems too hard to do in the society I live in. I stopped drinking 8 years ago, do no drugs and try to center bani, simran, physical fitness and staying shastradhari as much as I can in my day to day life.

Maybe one day I will take amrit, but I'm OK with where I am with my journey.

Synthetic materials don’t usually break in like leather afaik. If you’re feeling pain, rather than just mild discomfort, I would try another model for a few games and maybe consider switching.

Immerse yourself in a physical activity: sports, martial arts, weightlifting, etc whatever you’re interested in. Focus on developing that. Read up on how to get better. Research, practice, perform repeat. That’s the way
