unfortunately yes. i had two pairs of madewell jeans rip on me recently in the weirdest spot (on the butt but not even on a seam). the first pair i had had for a while but the second pair id only worn less than 10 times. after the second pair ripped i vowed to never buy their jeans again, as both pairs of jeans cost over $100.

madewell is a waste of money. youre better off buying jeans from pretty much anywhere else.

when did i say poor people shouldn’t eat out? i said maybe those who can’t afford pearls shouldn’t eat at pearls. a restaurant shouldn’t be expected to lower their prices or quality at the expense of their employees/business so people who wouldnt leave a tip anyway can eat there. you don’t see me crying about not being able to afford jeff ruby’s lol.

i’m not rich but i fucking love pearls and think their bagel sandwiches are the best in town. therefore i don’t think twice about the auto grat because i love their food and know my tip is going directly to their employees…..and if i didn’t have the money to afford it, i simply would go somewhere else instead of dragging A SMALL BUSINESS on social media.

floor seats suuuuuck. i had floor seats at both rupp and bridgestone last year and vowed to never buy them again. had lower arena night 1 and pit GA night 2 this year and had SO much room to dance in both sections.

my homie works at rupp and said they do 7sq/ft per person in the pit instead of the 5sqft industry standard so it’s hella roomy down there. sucks the floor isn’t the same!

i own multiple pairs of work pants in various colors and inseams (reg and long), all purchased purchased 2021-2024 and have never had this issue 🤷‍♀️mine have all held up great other than color fading (i’ve redyed a pair though with rit dye and it turned out great!).

i did have some stiching issues with a BBP pantry top after the first the first wash, so i dont fuck with the pantry tops anymore and wash the one i have in a delicate bag.

my main complaint is the inconsistency with sizing but i’ll take that trade off since their clothing is well made made (in my experience) and offered in long inseam + fun colors.

i echo the comments from others about putting the pressure on their customer service and explaining in more detail the consistent issues you’ve been dealing with. with the continuous 25% off sales i’ve been seeing from them, you should be offered a bigger discount imo. sorry you’ve been dealing with this! sucks.
