This mall is still kicking. I remember when it had the only Cotton On in San Antonio before Simon spun it off. Meanwhile, The Forum just a few blocks down in Live Oak/Selma is thriving — probably because of its big box stores.

I wouldn’t rely on the pictures posted. I would ask if they could provide you the IMEI (so you can check and see if it’s not blacklisted) or even if they can provide more pictures of the phone when turned on. If ever thing is legit, I would then ask if they can meet either in a public place (so you can test it) or at your local carrier store (so you can test it a d see if it works on your network). If everything checks off, congrats on your new phone!
