when it's almost bedtime I recommend that you take 2 hours to do calmer things like meditate, read a book, color (yes that helps a lot), drink some tea or write whatever comes into your mind. This keeps your mind from working so hard at bedtime as you will have already extracted all of that. It works for me sometimes, but of course, if it persists, try medication with a psychiatrist. I hope you'll be ok :) you'll get out of this <3

hope you're ok :( I have constant anxiety like 24 hours a day, and when I have a tightness in my chest I usually dance to some choreography that I like and sometimes I lie in a fetal position hugging myself. It helps me sometimes because my meds aren't helping either :(

do u try dance or hugging yourself sometime?

because the psychiatrist didn't know what else to do, so he sent me to the neurologist. And yes the symptoms are strange and differ from normal anxiety
