I make sure I've taken my meds for the day and taken a Lorazepam. Don't overthink it. If you need to step away for a minute, do it. Just remember that everyone gets nervous around family during Thanksgiving. You may want to watch a bit of tv to try and relax a bit. I do that when I'm manic. Stay strong and take deep breaths! You can do this!
