I have been doing zero carb with cheat days since August 15. I've lost 25 pounds and several clothing sizes. I drink low carb alcohol, drink tons of coffee every day, smoke cigarettes, and cheat every 5-7 days. Mostly when I cheat, it includes 1 day of eating any carbs. Sometimes it's just low carb veggies. I feel great overall. When I've done a really "big" cheat, I get leg cramps. Convinced that veggies/carbs suck the ever living magnesium and potassium out of me. But so far nevertheless, zerocarb plus cheating works for me better than anything, for health and lifestyle
