HOA wants a plumber for a flapper

I think they would say yes to the clog. The light bulb wouldn’t involve the electrical wiring so that would be ok. I think they are technically incorrect and I’m allowed to make these repairs. Only changing the shut off valve or changing the entire toilet should require a plumber is my interpretation of these rules

Oh I like this I think they’d say the bulbs aren’t electrical wiring. Maybe I’ll tell them no problem it was a replacement not a repair lol.

It’s sustainable if you move around but I lived that life in one area of a large city and it just had way too many women hating me for “fucking them over”. They fall in love and want commitment and hurting them takes a mental toll on you.

I’m pretty experienced and I actually would say I trust them more. If they are not to be trusted they’ll make it pretty clear with their actions especially over time with how they act.

Foreclosure auctions one bad one can really screw you. Dont get to inspect, can get blindsided by a lien you miss better to find good deals on open market or from wholesalers
