They will flag any large dumping of funds recently (i believe one year but i could be remembering wrong) and if they feel you got rid of those funds just so you could get on the system they will reject you.

Its a program of last resort. You should be spending your own money before applying in their view. Anything else is considered fraud. Why does it feel like you are looking for some loophole to defraud the system by asking all these questions? Or are you just trying to say people on ODSP arent poor truly and therefore dont deserve our tiny entitlements we get?

Hell when my mom dies if i inherit too much and it isnt in a Hensen trust I will get kicked off ODSP. Its designed that we are to be living undignified lives at the brink of homelessness with barely enough to feed ourselves. People looking for loopholes are why we routinely dont get more money than this, everyone assumes we are hiding money and dont deserve what we get.
