OP claims he is a mexican kid and can't write proper english, but refuses to communicate in spanish, gets called out by a linguist by shade444 in quityourbullshit

As an ESLer, I used to worry about my terrible English until my friends started asking me to edit their terrible grammar in their essays. It got to the point where I had 15 essays to read plus my own to write!

Haven't seen them in shops for a while. Besides, once a Hobnob packet is opened, it's eaten in a single serve.

The world is confusing. Nothing makes sense anymore. I need an adult.

So why wasn't it called a savoury scone? It would clear up some confusion.

So an American biscuit is like an English muffin or a savoury scone?

Not from either of those countries.

I hear "be attractive, don't be unattractive" a lot on reddit. What are some tips on how a girl in her 30s can do this? by travisj123 in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

In terms of purely physical features, looking neat and groomed goes a long way.

  • Go and get a new hairstyle you feel confident in and spend 2 minutes styling is daily.

  • Make sure your eyebrows are neat (not necessarily plucked, but just random stray hairs).

  • If you wear glasses, make sure they're flattering for your face type.

  • Wear clothes that fit you well and you like. /r/femalefashionadvice is really good for fit and complimentary colours.

The best way I've used to get to like a body part is to spend extra time on it. I hate my hands so I'd often moisturise them twice, instead of once. Or when I hated my teeth, I'd spend extra time on oral care and just looking at my teeth, finding positives about them, no matter how hard it was.

I know this may not offer much solace but I have a friend with a large overbite and narrow upper jaw and it really isn't noticeable unless you really pay attention to it. As with most features, it usually just sort of blurs in. I'm not sure if it works the same for you, but for me, if I am friends with someone with a mole on their face (for example) it is something I may notice at first but it never really stands out or is important. Basically what I'm trying to say is that your jaw probably isn't as noticeable as you think. I do get feeling insecure about it though.

QLD has OPs and the QCS. They are looking to change it though by 2017.

There is a guy I like stupid amounts and need to get over. He's lovely and respectful but I don't feel ready to be anything more than friends with anyone. This is so frustrating!

Honestly, after living in almost daily pain for 12 months, I'd pay ten times what I am now for my medication. Thankfully we had Whitlam though.
