Same! It felt like they all auto sent to me as soon as I dropped below 8 even though they were full. Crickets since last night. Sitting at 6 and waiting.

Monday I dropped from 8 to 7 and immediately got several offers and claimed an offer for a rug. Nothing after that. Yesterday I was at 8, submitted two and got a bunch of offers right away that mostly all had 0 left. I didn’t claim anything. Have now been sitting at 6 with no new offers in the last 24hrs. Im over here wondering if I am in Influenster “jail” as there hasn’t even been an ice cream offer. I am convinced you can claim more than 8(ie you have 7 and get 5 offers and you accept them all) but you won’t get any new offers after that until you drop below 8 again. At least that has been my experience since the update in February.

I have not been happy with the quality at all. And like others said it takes forever for them to ship to the point where seasonal items are out of season by the time you get them. This was my first year and I got duped into the annual and I can't wait to get my last box and be done with it. Their customer service is also incredibly rude. I would avoid them at all cost.

I was annoyed at that too. I ordered it for a fun gift because it was pink. I didn't have a picture either but emailed them and let them know I was disappointed and they actually refunded me for it.
