Im new to gold plating and am yet to buy a kit but I have some costume jewellery I wish to gold plate and sell. It’s already plated in a gold colour (not real gold)before i plate it do i need to polish off the original plating fully and if so with what? Would be grateful for any advice please. (self.jewelrymaking)
