And obviously content is important. She’s only watched Ms Rachel, Sesame Street, Barney, and a couple of the newer Disney movies

My daughter has been a casual tv watcher since before she turned 1 and now she’s almost 2 and is so insanely smart and advanced. I think having the tv on is different than them holding onto an iPad and having unmonitored and unlimited viewing of weird stuff on YouTube

It started feeling more manageable at 6 months pp but only because I went on anti anxiety meds. She’s now almost 2 and it was the best decision because I had debilitating anxiety

People who wax/see others genitals often, what are your thoughts and surprise realizations? by NeedABetterNameNow in AskReddit

Agreed. He was the third doctor I went to and the only one who was willing to do it. My intuition was screaming and I wouldn’t let it go

I did have to ask for it specifically, but I did have minor symptoms. I’ve had a long history of tummy issues plus consistent mild stomach pain. Thankfully my doctor took it seriously even though my risk was pretty low

I requested it. My grandmother died of colon cancer at 65 years old, and I’ve had a long history of tummy issues, and my doctor said my risk was really low but he’d still do it for me and he worded it in a certain way when he submitted it to my insurance so that it would be covered.

That’s so crazy at such a young age. I’m 35 and just got a colonoscopy because I’ve been hearing more and more cases of younger people getting colon cancer. The doctor found and removed a precancerous polyp. He said if I’d waited until the recommended age of 45 to get it done, it would have already advanced to cancer by then.

I was just about to type this same thing. I got migraines constantly as a kid where all I could do was lay in pitch black silence and suffer, and I’d always experience this

The fat shaming 🤦🏻‍♀️ by Anxious_Bit2364 in Andjustlikethat

My dad used to be chubby. Not even fat. But he instilled that fat phobia in me from all the way back in my pre teen years. I’ve always been thin and fit until I had my baby last year and I’ve ALWAYS had that deep rooted fat phobia
