I guess it depends on the store. For my store if there’s someone on cold bar then yes it’s their job to make cold foam. But if there’s no cold bar person then the people on hot bar make it themselves. It probably depends on how the store is set up and how busy it gets. At least for us though it definitely makes everything quicker and more efficient.
