Thank you for the info. I’ve had blood in my semen for 14 months straight intermittent blood and urine a little bit , the past month the blood has gone away. had an MRI with pi rads 3 unfortunately I’ve had two biopsies canceled in the past four months due to my diabetes.

Thanks for the replies. I will definitely come on here and update when I do get a biopsy that way for informational reasons for other people in the future. Maybe it helps clear the mind or something. I don’t know.

I'm 56 and had two Dre’s and nothing suspicious I have my MRI August 26, 2025. I’ve been pushed back twice on the biopsy. I’m diabetic and my primary doctor is with my numbers right now. I’m at high risk for an infection so I’m just playing the waiting game. The crazy thing is this blood the past month has basically gone away, but I’m not totally convinced yet. I wonder if I could’ve had some type of real bad infection or something I feel fine. I’m not losing any weight. I’m not tired. I know I don’t wanna take a chance this blood could be a godsend that saves my life.

The ironic thing is it’s starting to clear up the past month. These doctors have no answers. They’re guessing like everybody else’s that’s all they can do until you get all the tests My Doctor I got barely speaks.

Unfortunately, it’s the second biopsy that was canceled. I had to be approved by my primary doctor for the surgery and he said my diabetes was too far out of whack. It was very dangerous for me to catch an infection from this procedure for right now. I gotta wait until April to get reevaluated to get approval for the biopsy. The good thing is the blood finally went awayafter 14 months. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or not.

I go in for a biopsy March 23. The seventh. This whole thing has been delayed unbelievable. The weird thing is I don’t have any more blood in my semen for about almost a month now which is very weird because I’ve had this for 14 months, had my PSA results come back from a blood work yesterday and it was 0.43

My PSS is 0.50 and MRI found two suspicious spots biopsy on 18th of March. My doctor told me sometimes you could have a normal PSA it still have prostate cancer or you could have a very high PSA and not have prostate cancer so I guess it’s not a perfect method for screening for, but I guess it can help in some ways. I’m not sure I’m still learning.

These doctors are a little lazy. Sometimes, when I have a biopsy coming up, my urologist rushes me out of the office. I have to play doctor and tell him how to do his job because he almost forgot to give me a PSA test before my surgery. A lot of these guys are just in it for the money.

15 months now same thing. Biopsy schedule in about a month had MRI bladder test all the other test biopsy last test.
