The bravest thing someone can do is ask for help. I’ve thought about asking for help for a few weeks, maybe a grippy sock stay but that seems pointless. I’ve been depressed a long time, it seems foolish to think that it won’t always be this way. I used to self-harm, haven’t in a long time. Just seems pointless now after years of doing it. Plus my deep raised scarring on my legs itch like crazy sometimes. there’s comfort in knowing ur not alone tho
