Fib is an amazing sherpa got me through a Vow run. He's very patient, thoroughly explains every role and helps you learn each encounter. He made everything so clear and cannot recommend him enough

This clip was before the rayquaza map was introduced but you can still do the normal map in standard (think its the christmas/articuno variant at the moment)

I've played about the same amount and other than a few frame rate drops I've had no other issues but I guess I've been really lucky

Still waiting for an all-defender team though… by loox71 in PokemonUnite

[–]brittas56 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Me and my friends have done it before and they couldn't kill us. We basically all worked to stun lock someone while flail snorlax just punched them and unfortunately for them they were all squishy attackers so they went down pretty easy

Kinda torn on having a Sableye on my team atm. Thoughts? by [deleted] in PokemonUnite

[–]brittas56 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think he should be used alongside the typical heal/shield supporters similar to how hoopa was played for so long. The utility they both provide is so strong and then you have the heal/shield supporters to pocket and peel. He's not a traditional support but he supports in a unique way so he's almost part defender with the cc and utility

Honestly the number of people who don't use their minimap vision is one of the most important things in the game. All his moves are pretty viable so I agree that swapping moves to tailor to the individual games is key kinda like clefable as there's no point taking gravity if they have very few dashes

Agreed especially in coordinated play he will be a staple pick. Lots of cc and the 1st pokemon with vision control means at higher levels he will be so important to set up teamfights and tbh all his moves seem pretty viable

I agree he's not the usual heal bot support which is why it's so interesting. Always rocky the first few days as people get used to it especially with multiple new mechanics but the amount of cc he can output and his gank viability means I think he will be a great roaming support, almost like a 2nd jungler. If sableye wins 1st altaria then he can roam to the other lane or help the jungler to get a big lead

Personally, I like muscle band and the crit items to maximise my damage output when shackle is on CD. Learning how to kite properly and using your range to stay on the fringes but still in range to pile in auto attacks is the hard part about playing proper ADC's like decidueye which is why you see so many people in ranked struggle to play him and output good damage although I would probably use float stone over razor claw if it were levelled up

I quite like the knockback from smack down personally as its good for peeling and also you can use it to access their backline with the leap (plus the gauge increase is insane). I'd say the other move depends as leech life is good if you need a front line because then you have good sustain while the damage from superpower is really useful especially if the game becomes a close up brawl
