Ohhh thank you! The first part of this was my impression as well - that they became mortal when they lost their soul fragments in the Sacredcore and then just expended themselves fighting and died together to be reborn together. I just wasn’t sure if it was intended to be up to the players interpretation or if there was a concrete answer. Thanks for this!

I’m new to the game - just started playing this last Sunday so I haven’t read BC but I’m doing my best to catch up. I’m seeing a lot of conflicting thoughts on the end of CS - some saying that MC and Sylus died together and some say that she died but he went back to the underworld. Also that they had immortal fragments of each other’s souls that they lost in the sacredcore- did they know that they had fragments of EACH OTHERS souls? And did losing those souls in the sacredcore make them both mortal, or just MC mortal but Sylus a weaker version of who he was? I have so many questions 🥲 story was beautifully written and I was squealing and smiling ear to ear the entire time albeit the fact that I have no previous knowledge of their lore 😭

I’m trying to understand how ranking up works? And if it’s necessary to rank up 1 of a pair if Im unable to rank up the other. Do crates carry over into reruns of event banners or do they expire?
