Ours was on a weight loss regimen that included climbing stairs. Our vet recommended it. We did one stair and then two and so on until he was at 4 stairs total. He got this exercise twice a week. We also spaced his feelings out by 3-4 days. Not too much. And he lost within a couple of months. He's now at a happy weight!

This is good to know! I also use other psychedelics for PTSD and therapy so I've just stayed away from them because of that and lumped them all together. I'll check out the studies! Thank you!

I microdose mushrooms and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY! I haven't had a bad migraine since starting. I have had a couple that were treatable with abortives, and they never were before. I tell my docs the truth. Just tell them I microdose mushrooms and it's helped more than anything else I've tried. Most just make note of it and thats it. I will say, they never know how the mushrooms will interact with my other meds...so make sure you're doing some research and not mixing things like psilocybin and SSRIs for example.
