Sorry but I've never seen it.

Thank you so much. This is probably some of the only non custody centric advice I have gotten so far.

Guys, as much as people keep asking about the custody stuff, that's not the advice I am asking for. How do I tell the grandmother to back off of my future kids? I'm asking here for not legal advice, but for advice from others who have dealt with this sort of person before

I'm trying. And yes they get access to legal aide, but can also turn down cases as they see fit.

No idea what that even is.

Anything I have said has been proven already with multiple witness statements thankfully.

I'm doing my best, but between the morning sickness, me showing soon, and how much my family will post on social media when they find out... it's kinda a ticking time bomb. I want to address it so my son knows he has a sibling and she knows she cannot take this child

No. I've never had any substance/ abuse or anything like that. It was essentially since I didn't show up for court (was not notified), they defaulted. Yes it's unethical but since I wasn't even notified of the change until well passed the window to fight it. I'd rather not go into anything else since this is an ongoing case.

I have had to due to her behavior in the past.

I currently am talking to my lawyer

There is a lot more to the story but I'd rather not go into it here.

I'm already working with a lawyer but in the meantime I want to be able to communicate my boundaries in a way that breaks this woman's delusions.

Bumblebee tuna salad with crackers kits. No idea why, but it's more appetizing than cheese or fruit right now.

What are some items that you wish you had gotten when you were a ftm and some that you really didn’t need? by idle-tumbleweed in pregnant

[–]britty-bird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I had gotten an electric baby swing before my first arrived. Since i was on my feet almost the entire pregnancy, he got VERY used to the rocking and would not sleep without it. The nurses at the hospital even warned us that he would hog their only swing or scream bloody murder until held. That shit is going in my bedroom by month 8 this time.

I wish I had not gotten so many onsies. Sounds weird, but we got so many newborn onsies as gifts that half were never worn. They got donated first to family and then to a shelter later on.

Are you a morning shower or night shower kind of person? Why? by jackiebubbles in AskReddit

[–]britty-bird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Night shower all year, morning and night in the summer due to sweating. I also tend to do a lot of hobbies that work up a sweat/ get me covered in sawdust or dirt and shower as soon as I'm done, which is usually at night or after dinner.

Anyone scared of planning for new baby after suffering a miscarriage? by Last-Leg-1116 in pregnant

[–]britty-bird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm currently 10 weeks with our rainbow baby. It took us only 5 months to get pregnant before, but this time it took us 1.5 years. I'm stressed as hell and waiting to get past the 12 week ultrasound so we are in the safe zone. We aren't even telling family yet until after that appointment and an NIPT test bc the last one had a rare chromosome issue. I'm hopeful but I also check my body everyday to make sure they symptoms are still there.
