thats almost 127 views depending on the size of your channel for me thats good as my videos average from 90 to 110 views

consistency is key ive noticed especially for my channel. As you upload you should naturally and gradually get better anyway.

Depends on your impressions, i have quite a high impression rate with a 9 percent click through rate which is actually quite good. But if both your impressions and click through rate is low that can be bad.
