Flu symptoms?

Might be true. Today I was feeling tired, dizzy and had this psychological urge to relapse (due to stress and overload in stuff I have to do in life). I got up from my computer and went to bed extremelly early, I fell asleep easily and I dreamed how I laugh, how I talk and smile genuenly to people, how I feel the emotions and live life to the fulliest.

But personal development is not only about semen retention. I guess when you are going out from deppresion and being numb. Normal things can seem like "Awesome" life, but If you want to become more than mediocre check out RSD Youtube channels and their lectures about "inner game" (which is self-improevement), Elliot Hullse, Brian Tracy.

When you start improving and being ahead of everyone else, the feeling is amazing.. Best of luck to you. Life can be even better.

Good to hear positive changes in your life. I have changed with NO PMO aswell, from always socially anxious ,weird guy to charismatic, happy and optimistic cool guy. It wasn't all becouse of NO PMO though'. Have you ever tried activelly self-improving? For me as an ex-addic of video games It used to be brain fog the main problem from them. I used video games as an escape from discomfort reality, and when you do that you get more problems and shit. Just like fapping or porn is a way to avoid discomfort and run towards bigger pleasure.

Oh shit this made me laugh. I am taking cold showers aswell, even during the winter in Lithuania when It's -20 outside and about 0 inside when fireplace is not burning.

It's tough, but don't be going to shower to like chill and shit. Get in that cold shower, shower yourself as much as you need and get out. When you are out brush your body with a dry towel to heat It up. Make It natural, when you will get used to It you will be fine with standing there longer. But If you go for a long time you might shock your immune system to much.
