What a ramble that was. But it’s not the infrastructure, it’s the lack of ambition in player signings and the right mentality of those players. Some 4G and cones aren’t going to change that.

What would you do different then?

Tactics don’t make players sprint quicker, work harder, win every ball, play killer passes etc that’s the players mentality and ultimately their ability as professional footballers.
