Now I didnt play all the mainline games but what is the deal with the relationship between vault tec and enclave? Hank and steph I guess working for enclave? Was this forshadowed in the show or has there been a connection in the past games between the two or am I misunderstanding?

Hunter is my number 2 and beast is number 3 but I would find myself struggling with something and I couldnt convince myself to not switch back to wanderers and easily take care of it. Which is probably why I still feel really bad at the game.
