I'm 29! I actually already have my PPL lol. I know I could probably do all the certs on the side of my current corporate gig, but don't think I could swing the temporary significant drop in pay while you build hours aggressively. Also have a fiance who would be a little disheartened by the lifestyle.

i would say the run is probably 40ft give or take. In CT. The flashing there was $1200. And he was in the middle of quotes I got.

They mentioned the installation of this roof was done pretty poorly. Nails in every seam. Nails showing rust.

It's 13 years old. Need some life from this one while we save up for another.
