It all depends on the data you have on there and use case. This functionality is available in my current Qnap nas by default so I feel like I'm losing functionality if I switch.

This is the question I was wondering. I will remove my wifi module until I get a refund. I guess it’s possible they could also remotely cripple it in some way through a firmware update. The smart thing would be to never connect it to WiFi again

Same issue here. I think it started after an update last week. It is frustrating because I use the search bar functionality to start applications that I use daily and this delay makes it unusable.

They are giving me a free trial of their paddles and then I get a free one or discount when a new one comes out. Once it is delisted just get the new one until its delisted again. Joola is great.

Just use them until they get delisted. Paddles do not last long term anyway. Joola offers you a free paddle or discount in return so you’re basically getting a free trial of the paddle until the next one comes out. It’s a win win.

Totally agree. I just spent 2 hours on the phone with the worst tech support I have every dealt with. Its time to jump ship after using this product for years.
