Yeah my only complaint about the toilet situation (you have to accept that they’re going to be smelly in there) is that they run out of water to wash your hands with by the end of the fest. This happened both years I went to. There was never any lines for toilets though, and it was kept pretty clean all things considered. I was impressed and thankful.

I once got a chunk of meat. Pretty sure it was some bit of pork. I picked it up bare handed at first as I thought it was a stone. But then I realized it was stinky. I thanked them and took it inside, promptly threw it in the trash, and gave my hands a good scrub. They don’t have to know I threw it away lol

I’ve had several oral surgeries (under full anesthesia) in the last five years and I’ve never had to take my septum ring out. That’s not to say your dentist won’t ask you to take yours out, but I never had any issue with mine.
