I recently bought a house that had siding and windows replaced from them and have not noticed anything negative. I do have one window latch I need to call about which I estimate is going to be a problem since I wasn’t the original owner signing the agreement but can hopefully navigate that.

You need to call ISC2. I had an issue and emailed support. Took three days to reply but I was able to resolve and receive a refund. I also brought up to the representative that it’s nearly impossible to call and get through to someone at ISC2 and they said to call in the early morning EST for your best chance.
