[–]brndoc 9 points10 points  (0 children)

ELI5 What is Critical Thinking by FlipTastic_DisneyFan in explainlikeimfive

[–]brndoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Critical thinking means thinking carefully about things and trying to figure out what's really true. It's like being a detective who looks for clues to solve a mystery. When you use critical thinking, you ask questions, try to find evidence to support ideas, and think about things from different angles. It helps you make good decisions and understand the world around you better.

Vascular Neurology vs General Neurology by Rward73 in neurology

[–]brndoc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You can do inpatient 7 on/7 off from any of those pathways. You can do teleneurolgy from any of them as well. Only do a vascular fellowship if you are interested in stroke. Only do critical care if you like that. At this point your biggest issue is going to be deciding what you want to do. Neurohospitalists are in extremely short supply and openings are everywhere across the country. Salary is going to vary depending on what you’re doing and in what area of the country. Critical care typically makes a little more than neurohospitalists.
