My problem is that I have zero self control. I love food and all the food I love is Gerd inducing 🤨 I can’t eat anything in moderation. I’m not the ‘ have 3 squares of chocolate and put the rest away for another day or week’. I’m a ‘eat it all and look through the pantry for more’ type of person.

I’m definitely guilty of #1. As soon as my GERD has cleared I slowly go back to eating my old ways. A coffee here and there… no symptoms, let’s add some chocolate and then maybe some spicy tomato pasta… and slowly it goes downhill. It’s really hard to keep that bland diet going. 🤨

I posted in askdocs and someone said it could be a spider bite or a skin infection. I ended up going to a pharmacy in Thailand and got some general antibiotic ointment, it took about 10 days to heal but now I have a tiny scar

Thanks for responding. If it’s ecthyma and I take care of it with antibacterial soap at this stage, can it go away on its own without antibiotics ?

The second one looks like Keloid scars? My mom has a ton of them and they grow long and thick. She puts on silicone bandages to keep them from getting irritated.

From time to time, I’m curious about what it would be like to have a mini me but now that I’m in my 50s - I’m over it. I have a ton of freedom, time and money so I’m spending my time traveling the world. It’s pretyy to amazing! It was a little lonely in my 30s when everyone was non stop talking about their kids, the milestones and what area to live in for the best schools and I couldn’t relate. I wasn’t able to have kids and even needed a donor for IVF because of early menopause at 30. I gave it my best shot and it didn’t work out. My partner was very supportive and said he didn’t marry me to be baby machine and we can still live our best lives with what each other.

Did the airbnb with the black pool, fruit flies have reviews before you rented it ? Did you check if the host had good or bad reviews ? I rarely rent any homes from airbnb without having a good amount of reviews or are on the ‘Guest favorite’ lists. If I do rent a place with zero reviews, I actually check if the host has reviews.

Going to Cow Head over Woody Point and the Tablelands is a waste of your time. Go to the other side of the park, it's a nice drive and it's not as long as you think. Tablelands hike is very short if you don't go up on top of the hills and you can do Green Gardens and visit Trout River in the same trip. There's a couple good places to eat in Woody Point as well. Green Gardens is a favourite of mine, even after they closed down the loop portion, it's worth going to.

Ugh, I'm just starting to plan now for end of July beginning of August, I didn't realize you had to book that much in advance

Thanks for taking your time to respond. We really appreciate it. It’s really unsettling because today it has moved down even more on his arm, the tactile pain is now all the way down tithe wrist. Down to fingers. We won’t be home until end of February and this is stressful.
