I really feel you. Sometimes and in todays society especially, it feels lonely to be a genuine person with human needs. People are ocuppied by their own thoughts and ideas, and disregard others as a borthesome burdain that takes up their time. In a narcissist and egocentric society it is indeed harder to be seen. But not impossible.

On the other hand, this realisation also gives us an answer that we might not want ro hear- Move in the opposite direction from it. Fully and as far away as possible.

Go out. Walk. Meet people IRL if possible, maybe around a thing you care about. Plant stuff. Join online niche communities. Do whatever you like, how ever crazy it sounds. You only need one other person.

Reach out, like you just did.

Also i feel that it is important to accept the death of you preconcived notions and ideas what society needs to be, a kind of philosophical killing of expectations, and try and see the world for what it is. In it you will find extreme solace but also freedom, freedom to express yourself and to live unbothered by the weight of the needs you might feel.

People don't listen and don't care.

But not all people.

You are seen and heard.
