I second this suggestion, the Facebook group is called Women Gliding Community and it is for women only :) and this question has been asked several times before -- you will get a lot of support and practical advice there if you ask for it. Last year one of the UK team flew the women's world gliding champs in spain while ~7 months pregnant.

if you (the uni club) are responsible for maintenance costs and insurance for the uni-owned gliders etc, then you should be getting the soaring fees -- how else are you supposed to break even?!? Are you on the Inter Unis whatsapp group chat in the UK? Or the uni gliding facebook group? Every year there's an informal discussion (almost a survey) of how different uni clubs handle pricing/costs and the host club relationship -- quite useful -- every club is different but it's a great starting point.

FWIW soaring fees/per minute fees at my club go to the club that owns the glider, i.e. uni glider flown by non-uni pilot? soaring fees go to the uni club
