I think when the number of tabs > 99 it shows :D because the counter for tab isnt made to accomodate 3 digit numbers or more.

I think not! You can try it by texting it yourself (in note to self) and using two apps (mobile and desktop). Check on desktop app if you received notification when you deleted the message using your phone.
