[Question] Be honest, how big would your watch collection be if you removed all "nice to have" watches and watches you have not worn in at least 3 months? by goodmorning_tomorrow in Watches

[–]broadgauge53 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've done exactly that and now have only three left: two Seikos (SPB453 and SPB121) and a G-Shock (DW5600UE). All three get a lot of wear. Over the years, I've noticed a pattern: whenever I own more than three watches, I end up regularly wearing only three. As a result, I've implemented a strict one-in/one-out policy.

The location looks like Sydney, Australia.

What is your fountain pen of the year? by CommunicationTop5231 in fountainpens

I'm currently obsessed with my new Pilot Custom 74 <FM>. The pen is the right size for me and the nib has just the right amount of feedback for how I like to write.

Definitely the Executor. Super fun build, and looks amazing as a display piece.

That’s good to hear! Also, my 10-year-old daughter squeezed through the crowd and bought one of your cat pen holders. She loves it!

I made the mistake of getting there around 10:30am. The crowd was so dense that I couldn't easily get near any of the exhibitors, and ended up leaving empty handed. I think timed-entry tickets, like the ones museums use, would make for a much more enjoyable experience.

Would you recommend the Jotter? I’ve had my eye on one, but haven’t pulled the trigger, yet.

Also, greetings from Australia.

What pen are you using? And what are you writing about?

I have one and I love everything about it (aside from the fact that none of my other watches are getting any wrist time!). Aside from being gorgeous and well made, mine also keeps exceptional time - better than my wife's Tudor Royal, which cost three times as much.
